Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from when your order is placed. If your order is received after midnight EST on Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday. As soon as your order is received, we personally begin to prepare your package. We give your cork product a final quality inspection, and we prepare your box with care and attention to detail. We make sure to package your items in a secure way using the minimum amount necessary of our natural and recycled padding materials.
**We continue to be fully operational, but in light of COVID-19, we are limiting our outings as much as possible. Please allow for 24-72 hours for order fulfillment during this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Domestic (USA and Canada): We are located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and we ship our orders via USPS and UPS. We offer calculated shipping rates, in which the weight and distance of your package are calculated to find the exact box to fit your needs. We also offer Priority Mail in 1-3 Business Days. You can choose the shipping time frame that best fits your needs.
International: We offer international shipping for Europe and Australia. Shipping couriers, rates, and shipping times vary depending on location. If you have any country-specific questions, please contact us by email, telephone, or opening the Live Chat on our website.
Pre-orders: If a product is on pre-order, you will see a button on the product page that says "pre-orders" instead of "add to cart." This will allow you to place an order for a product that is currently not in stock at our facility. Please allow for up to 1-2 weeks before your product is shipped and your tracking information is updated. If you have any questions about the specific order status of an item on pre-order, don't hesitate to send us a message!
Gift Wrapping and Gift Notes
If you would like to send a gift to someone else, you can specify in the notes section while checking out that you would like your order to be gift packaged. Gift packaging is free of cost and we will include a gift receipt in your package. You can also write a short message for your recipient, and we will hand write a card to be included in the package. Don't worry, we have an eye for detail!
