Returns

We want to make sure that you have a great experience shopping with us at HowCork. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to return a product for any reason, we're always here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days after you have received your item, and we will quickly refund your purchase upon its return to our storeroom location, as long as the product is in its original condition with no signs of usage or damage inflicted from wear. For footwear, we accept returns and exchanges as long as items are not worn, but they are no longer eligible to be returned once they are worn out of the house.

After 30 days have passed, we issue store credit for any returns. 

Items purchased in the outlet section of our store are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels to send back an item unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error has been committed on our behalf.

As soon as we receive your returned item in its original condition without damage, we will promptly refund your purchase.
